現在Eビザを申請中なのですが、先日移民局から追加書類の要請が届きました。
ビザ申請をしてから2ヵ月後の事で、この追加書類もすぐ提出したのですが、此処から結果が解るまでには一体どのくらいかかるものなのでしょうか?
どなたか同じ様なケースを経験された方おられませんか?

追加書類がオーケーならば、また２－３ヶ月後ですかね。＄１，２２５ドル余計に支払ってI-907という書類を出すと、特急処理してくれますが、もし却下される可能性があると思われる場合は、そのまま長引かせておいた方が、都合がいいかも。
Eビザって、移民局に申請するものじゃないので（大使館に申請）、他のステータスからEステータスに変更してるか、すでに持っているEステータスを延長してるかですか?延長する理由は普通、米国外に渡航する予定がなく、２年間の滞在許可が切れる場合ですが。
実際のEビザは大使館か領事館に申請しないと。。。

弁護士からは、追加書類の場合は大体1ヶ月ほどで連絡が来ると言われてるんですが、、

だったらそうなんじゃないの、としか言いようがない。
弁護士を変えるつもりなら別だけど、変えるだけ無駄だと思うし。
