こんにちは。
先月I-131 Re-entry PermitのアプリケーションをSubmitしましたが、
先週イミグレから封筒が届いて、RejectionのNoticeが入っていました。
Rejectionの理由は申請料が間違っているとの事でした。
私はチェック二枚（一枚は申請料＄３６０，もう一枚はBiometric Fee＄８５）
を同封して送りましたが、二枚とも返ってきました。
もう一度、イミグレのサイトでダブルチェックしましたが、間違っていないと思います。
イミグレに電話で問い合わせましたが、正しい料金が知りたいと伝えても、
Follow the instraction, Follow the instraction,の一点張りで機械のように
繰り返すだけで助けにはなりませんでした。。
そこで最近Reentry Permitを申請された方いらっしゃたら、お話おききしたいとおもい投稿しています。申請料は私の見た＄３６０＋＄８５ではありませんでしょうか?
チェックは2枚ではなく、合計金額を一枚のチェックで送らなければいけなかったのでしょうか?インストラクションにはそうは指定されていなかったのですが・・
この次、もう一度申請しなおしたいのですが、なにを訂正して良いのか悩んでいます。

USCISのサイトではチェックは一枚でもいい（"The application fee and biometrics services fee may be paid with one check"）
と書いてあって、だから二枚でも大丈夫のはずですが、担当者の解釈が違う（間違っている）のかも知れませんね。
あるいはチェックの金額欄の金額かスペルが間違っているとか。
争ってもしょうがないので一枚にして申請し直すのが早いと思います。
