離婚後日本に子供を連れて帰国したいのですが．．．

現在アメリカ人の夫と離婚手続き中です。5歳になる子供がいます。離婚成立後に私は子供を連れて日本に帰り、日本で生活することにしました。夫もそれには同意していて、養育費も日本に送ることになっています。子供は米国籍ももっているので手続きをしてないといけないと聞きましたが、一緒に日本で暮らすのにどこにどんな手続きをすればいいのかさっぱりわかりません。
なにかご存知の方いらっしゃいましたら教えてください。
