Vivinavi Los Angeles日本への一時帰国について

私はこちらで学生をしているものです。今回用事で日本に帰らなければならないのですが、問題があり悩んでいます。
私は学生をしつつ、学費捻出の為かれこれ２年以上もSSNを使って違法にバイトをしています。
タックスリターンも２回しました。
もちろんビザ、I20とも問題は無いのですが、こういったケースで帰国して問題なく入って来れるのでしょうか？
人によっていう事がまちまちなので、詳しい方がいましたらお答えいただきたいのですが。
よろしくお願いします。

LAフリークさん、ありがとうございます。かなり安心しました。９１１以降つながったとか、実しやかに言ってくる人もいたので不安でした。
では、たしかこちらに入国する際の入国カードにビザウエーバー用と同様に、学生用の白いほうにも就労目的に関する質問があったとしたら、NOにチェックしても大丈夫なのでしょうか？
この国はウソには厳しいようですからこちらも引っかかるのです。

弁護士から聞いた話です。IRSと入国審査は現在、Onlineで繋がってます。
もし、今まで、働いてたならそれを絶対に隠さないと入国審査で引っかかります。つまりは、SS#を記入しない事ですね。”NO”チェックしてもいいと思う。

と、言う事はSS#さえ記入しなければバレないのでしょうか？
僕はパスポート番号とかにすでに情報が載ってるのではないかと思ってました。
なんか思ってほど深刻じゃなさそうな感じがしてきました。
でもなんかドキドキしそうです、カウンターに立ったら。
