昔、虚偽の申請によりシアトルで入国拒否になりました。(5年前）今はアメリカ人と結婚して子供もいます。移民ビザの申請をして、後は面接を待つのみの段階です。ビザが却下されてしまうことはあるのでしょうか？
ビザを却下されてしまった方や、逆に虚偽の申請をして入国拒否にあったのに今は移民ビザを無事に取得された方の体験談を聞きたいです。よろしくおねがいいたします。

信頼できる移民の弁護士に聞いたほうがいいですよ。まあ子供がアメリカにいるから強制送還にはならないでしょうが。。
