過去にDVに当選した人で過去の
不法滞在などで失格になった人って
いますか？
サイトなどで見てると過去に不法滞在六ヶ月以上したことある人は当選しても失格になる、と書いてあったのですが実際そうなってしまった人はいるんですか？？

ちぇまさん、過去に不法滞在したんですか？面接時にその事実がバレると思います。第一、たとえ虚偽の申請をしてグリーンカードを取得できたとしても、後でウソをついていたことがバレるとグリーンカードは没収されると思います。

別にうそつくつもりはないですが（ってゆーかあたってもない）
実際どのくらい失格になるのかしりたかったんですけど。結局はofficer次第なんでしょうが。

過去に不法滞在した事などはまず１００％バレます。不法滞在、就労以上に嫌われるのがFraud（嘘をつく、詐欺罪）ですので、下手に嘘はつかない方がいいですよ。過去の違法がバレてもひょっとしたらうまく行くケースもごく希にあるかもしれませんが、Fraud扱いされると絶対に終わりです。
ＧＣに当たると言う幸運を無駄にしないためにも不法な事はなるべくしないように心がけるべきですね。

元彼は、プラクティカルビザを貰って、ビザ申請中に、日本の会社が、ロスを撤退してしまって、その後、ず〜と、不法滞在になってしまいましたので、もぐっていました。運良く、ロットリ〜であたって、無事ＧＣ貰えました。
ビザの問題って、会社の都合でふりまわされて、タイミングをにがすと、中途半端に不法滞在になってしまう。ドジと言われれば、それまでの話しなんだけど。そのまま、日本に帰国すると、不法滞在が表面化して、むこう１０年間アメリカに帰ってこれなくなるから、不法滞在していて、ロットリーあたって、ラッキーだった！
弁護士じゃないから、くわしくわからないけど、４年前のロットリーでは、不法滞在は、問題にならなかったです。
移民法は、すっごいスピードでかわっています。とよく回りの人が言うので、日米分化会館で、無料の法律相談があるから、相談してみてはいかがでしょうか？

移民法ってやっかいですよね。
INSのofficerでも理解してないぐらい複雑で。
なんでもofficer次第で結果が変わるってのがゆるせん！！
