小さなDSL会社から他のDSL会社へと変えました。その際の手続きで小さな会社の方からいろいろといちゃもんつけられて小さな額ですが罰金がどうのこうのといわれています。でも納得がいかないのにお金をとられるのはいやなので。もう何時間も話しているのですが話にらちがあかないので日本であるような消費者センターのようなところに相談したいとおもっています。検索をかけたのですがそれに相当するところがなかなか見当たりません。もしどなたかご存知でしたら教えてください。
