僕はもうアメリカで免許をとって２年になりますが、よくこっちで免許をとってたら、日本では免許をとりにいかなくても、すぐ使えるって話があるじゃないですか？あれってどこまで本当なのでしょうか？こちらの免許が日本では国際免許になるっていう話はきいたことがありますが、日本に完全に帰国しちゃうとしたらどうなるのでしょうか？みなさんご意見をきかせてください！

朝5時から御苦労さまですこと。
アメリカと日本は協定がありますので、アメリカの免許で日本で運転はできます。国際免許を取得する必要はありません。
しかしそれは観光等で一時滞在の場合その合法的な滞在期間内に限られます。日本人が帰国して住む場合や、アメリカ人でも仕事や留学等で住む場合はすぐに日本の免許を取得しなければなりません。しかしアメリカの免許があるなら、一部免除がありますから日本で一から取るよりも有利です。
詳しくは、領事館等で聞けますよ。

朝早すぎて眠くて調べられなかったのかな？地域によって微妙に違うけど、確か１から取り直さなくて大丈夫なはず。自分の住んでいる地域の交通安全協会のHPを調べてみたら？
