ダイエットコーラなどに入ってる甘味料は、人工的に甘い刺激を与えるから
カロリーはないけど、飲んだ後、甘いものが余計に欲しくなると聞きました。
私も、そんなような気はしてますが、コーラが好きなので、普通のコーラばかり飲んでると
カロリーの消費がすごいし、困ってます。
みなさんは、普通のコーラ飲んでますか?ダイエットコーラ飲みますか?

私は、思い切って1ヶ月、炭酸抜きの生活をして、3Kgくらい痩せました。
最初は飲みたくなりますけど、すぐに慣れますよ。

＃２さんのおっしゃる通りですよ～、ダイエットだろうが普通だろうがコーラなどのソーダ類は飲まないのが一番ですよ。
アメリカの普通のコーラにはhigh-fructose corn syrupという、遺伝子組み換えトウモロコシから作られた偽物の砂糖が大量につかわれていて健康への悪影響が疑われます。
また、ダイエットコーラなどに使われる甘味料は癌のもとになる事が最近のリサーチなどで明らかになってきたようです。
ほんとうに「しゅわしゅわ」が欲しくて幻覚が見えそうな時は（笑）Sparkling waterとかを飲まれてはどうでしょう?

飲まないのがイチバン、ってわかっていてもアメリカに住んでいると特にムズカシイですよねっ！！炭酸の中では、7UPなんかが、害が少ない方なんじゃないでしょーかっ
