プリナップをしようと思っているのですが、お勧めの弁護士さんや費用、またこれは
必ず項目に入れておくべき内容などあれば教えて下さい。
また日本にある預貯金は、ハワイに持ってこなければ、万が一、離婚となっても問題は
ないのでしょうか?それとも日本にある資産も、万が一、離婚となった場合は相手に
持っていかれてしまう事があるのでしょうか?
結婚前から離婚を考えているわけでは全くありませんが、でも万が一に備えておくべき
でしょうか?

プレナップは自分を守る為に絶対ちゃんと作成した方がいいですね。日本人と結婚するローカルって圧倒的に日本人伴侶より経済的に低い方が多いのが事実ですから。運良く自分より経済的に恵まれた相手でも同じです。貰えるものは ちゃんと貰った方がいいし、守るべきものは しっかり守らなきゃ！
