今度ｺﾈﾁｶｯﾄのDanbury近くにお嫁入りを考えているゆりっぺです。彼はｱﾒﾘｶ人で日本の文化など全く知りません。NYにそう遠くはないとはいえ、日本のｺﾐﾆｭﾃｨ、日本食材の確保、その他もろもろ不安がつのります。どなたか、近くにいらっしゃったら（多少遠くてもいいので）お友達になっていただけると心強いです。まだいつ引っ越すとははっきりしていませんが、果たしてそこに住めるような感じなのか不安を解消したいと思います。

こんにちは。Danburyにお嫁入り、おめでとうございます。Danburyにはたまに行きますが、NYとは違って田舎です。日本食材のお店は無いかと思います。レストランはありますが、アメリカ人の方向けなので味はちょっと．．．。食材は車でNY方面にドライブすること４０分くらいの所に４，５軒ありますよ。WestchesterというNYの郊外ですが、駐在員の方が多く、治安も良いので日本人には人気の場所です。Danburyに住まれてみて不便を感じたり、お仕事が他に移れるのであれば色々な場所を見てみたらいかがですか？慣れれば色々と解って来てたのしいですよ。Danburyの隣の町にStew ReonaldというDairy foodsのお店があってそこは楽しいですよ。他に何かありましたらどうぞ。

ダン・ベリーさん、早速の情報をありがとうございました。Westchster、ﾁｪｯｸしてみますね。Danbury、地図ではNYにそれほど遠くないと思っていましたが、ちょくちょく通える距離ではありませんからね。日本にいるときは日本の良さに気づきませんでしたが、やはり異国の地で助け合えるのは同胞です・・・なんて、ムシがよすぎますね。また何か情報がありましたら教えてくださいね。
