旭化成建材 ＆ 三井不動産レジデンシャルが大変なことになっているらしい。あまりにも悪質らしい。
あんな不正がばれないと思っていた訳ないだろうから、ばれないように裏工作でもしていたのか、と疑ってしまうよ。
それにしても最近 、 ゛やっちゃったね゛ 多いよなぁ～。

資産。。。自分のポケットにお金を入れてくれるもの
負債。。自分のポケットからおカネが出て行くもの。
今回は家族まで出て行ってしまうカモ
住人の方は即退去しなければ危険だと思います。
国が避難指示を出すべきです。
写真みてまた某国か。。と思いました。
日本のコンド建築の歴史は浅いです。
LONDON当たりの低層集合住宅とは造りが違います。
秋風のせいかタワーマン想像して寒くなりました。

湾岸部などに建設されるタワーマンションはエリアによって地下50ｍから60ｍまで杭打ちを施さないと支持基盤に到達しない。
砂上の楼閣。。。日本人の人類史上初めての挑戦結果が間もなくでます。
楼閣の購入者は浦安の液状化はもう忘れていますね。
湯沢のリゾートコンド１０万円でも購入者はなし。
taxは延滞料含めると巨額の負動産。
横浜の楼閣昨年までに売り逃げた人は賢い人。
