アメリカに住んでいる者ですが、近々日本へ永久帰国を考えているのですが、こっちの銀行口座の貯金を全て日本へ送るのに手数料が一番安くすむ方法をご存知の方がいらっしゃいましたら是非アドバイスを頂けたら幸いです。
ちなみに日本には自分の銀行口座は一切持っていなく、こちらではCiti bankの口座を持っています。
日本に帰った後、日本でCiti bankの口座を開き、オンラインでアメリカの自分のCiti bankの口座からの送金が出来るのでしょうか?
そして、楽天などのあるオンラインバンクの口座を開けば、日本に帰ってからいつでも海外にある自分の口座からの送金がオンラインで出来るとも聞いた事があります。
是非ご存知の方がいらっしゃいましたら、アドバイスの方よろしくお願いします。

誰もReplyされないようなので私のわかる範囲の情報で。
私はたま～にこちらのUnion Bankから日本の三菱東京UFJと住友銀行に送金しています。帰国前にこちらの銀行から海外にOnlineでWire Transferが出来るように申し込みなり設定なりしてさえおけば、日本に帰国後いつでも気軽に送金出来ます。
送金はアメリカの銀行からなので、日本の銀行がOnlineでアクセス出来ない小さな地方銀行などでも大丈夫な筈だし、CitiBankや楽天銀行なら全然問題ない筈です。
帰国後日本で銀行口座を開設したら、こちらの銀行の自分の口座にアクセスして、日本の銀行の銀行名、支店名、住所、Swift Code、口座番号、受取人氏名、受取人住所などを指定してClickするだけです。
仕事関係の口座も所有しているので私の場合手数料が優遇されているのかもしれませんが、2万ドルとか5万ドルとか送金した場合こちらから35ドル、受け取り先で3000円の手数料がかかっています。
