緊急時（親の死亡で）日本へ帰国しなければいけない場合
どこで航空券を購入すればよいのでしょうか?
こういう緊急時でも、航空運賃をＲｅｔａｉｌ Ｐｒｉｃｅでなくてもに買える方法などございますか?

値段が気になるようでは大して緊急だとも思えないのですが。。。

大変ですねぇ、お察しいたします。
私もEチケットになるかなり前の話ですが、親父が死んで、できればその日の午後の便ででも帰りたかったんですが、旅行社に電話を入れたら当日は無理で、翌日でも United しかなくそれを購入しました。料金はオフシーズンだったのでそれほど高くなかったと思います。
ただこの時期は、2、3ヶ月前に買ってもかなり高く、さらに Sold Out 便の可能性もあります。まずは大手旅行社に電話をしてみたらいかがでしょう。親身にくまなく探してくれる担当者もいますよ。

ちなみに、SQ のサイトで 12/11 発成田行き 12/17 帰還でサーチしたら、席があり US$ 1,532.18 と出ました。これが本当ならこの時期かなり安いんじゃないですか。

数年前に家族の訃報で緊急帰国したことがあります。
ちょうどクリスマスの日の朝にその事を知ったのでアムネット（当時二十四時間年中無休はそこだけだったので）に連絡してその日の午後の便で日本に帰国しました。
緊急措置なのかよくわかりませんが、席さえあれば数時間後のフライトでも取れました。
値段はいろいろ便によって違うので一度連絡してみてはいかがでしょうか?

去年の夏でしたが、同じく親がなくなったために、当日のフライトを取り帰りました。出張で、ニューヨークから夕方に帰って来たばかりで、その夜（深夜便）に日本に向かったので、LAXを行ったりきたりしました。他の皆さんもかかれていますが、席さえあれば当日のフライトでも取れると思いますよ。

席があれば空港のチェックインカウンターで正規料金で購入できます。旅行会社を通して格安で購入する場合も席さえあいていれば当日でも時間的に余裕があれば可能ということです。
それと、身内に不幸とかいうような場合は、緊急でも特別な措置（割引してくれる）というのはないですよ。

アメリカ国内線の場合家族内に不幸があった場合ディスカウントがありますが証拠になる医者からの手紙とか死亡証明とかがようきゅうされます。国際線でもあるはずですからエアーラインに聞いてみるといいですよ。日本からでも証明はファックスかE-mailで送ってもらえるでしょう?
