こんにちは、結婚三年目 専業主婦のLunaと申します。
家事が上手くできずずっと悩んでいます。
なかなか取りかかれない、継続できない、先延ばしにする等の問題があり、過去に何度も夫と話し合いを行い、工夫をしたり努力してみたのですが上手く行きません…
最近、ADDというのを知りました。思い返せば今始まったことでなく子供の頃から心当たりがあり、もしかして?と思っています。
一度病院で診ていただこうと思っておりますが、発達障害にお詳しい先生など日本語で対応していただける病院をご存知でしたらアドバイスいただきたいと思います。
Torrannce近辺に住んでいますので、車で通える範囲でしたらどこでも結構です。
どうかよろしくお願いいたします。

なかなか取りかかれない、継続できない、先延ばしにす,そして物事を最後まで終わらすことができない。 同じです。 私は５０代。 ボケの症状かADDかどちらかと精神科医に相談しました。 子供のころから落ち着きがないわけではないので、ADDではなさそうとの意見でした。 もしそうでも生活に支障がないなら治療はしないと思います。 また治療がいるなら精神科になると思います。日本語のできる精神科はほとんどないと思いますが、 びびにも記事の出ているトーレンスのK先生は評判がいいと思います。 知り合いに似た症状でしかも気分が暗い・・これは更年期障害だったそうです。

ありがとうございます。さっそくK先生の所へ伺いました。
ADHDの症状と言われました。
でも、すごくすっきりしました。今までなんでなんでと思っていたことやモヤモヤが解決されました。
ADHDのせいにせず、うまく自分の個性と付き合って夫婦上手くやっていけるよう先生にアドバイスをもらいながら頑張ります。
同じ症状で悩んでいる方もいらっしゃるのですね。お辛いと思いますが、少しでも生きやすくなるようお互い頑張りましょう♫
