今日一人のコントラクター方と話をしたのですが，予想以上の値段になりそうで。
もしもお勧めのコントラクターの方をご存知で，グレンデールでの仕事をしていただける方がいらしたら，教えていただけると有り難いです。

人口の多い中国系、南米系を探した方が安くできる。

アメリカ人ですが、きっちり仕事をする方をしっています。
安く済ませたいならば、中国系やメキシコ系ですが、安かろう悪かろうですよ。

安ければそれに越したことはないと思いますが、必ずライセンスがあるコントラクターを雇って、お住まいの市からパーミットを取ってもらわなければなりませんよね。ライセンスと経験があるコントラクターはやはりあまり安くはないのではないでしょうか。私の知り合いのコントラクターは不法滞在の移民は絶対に雇わないのでそれも高めの値段の原因だと思います。
