今年の春頃から米国法人を設立し、Eビザの取得を検討しております。
日本に在住しているため、短期間の出張時に色々LAの弁護士事務所に相談のお電話をしたり、
直接お会いしてご相談にのってもらった事務所もありましたが、在住していないため、連絡をしても数週間から数ヶ月返信がなかったりして全然話が進みません....
まだお金を払っていない状態ですのでこのままお願いしてきちんと遂行していただけるか不安でなりません...。周りに米国に住んでいる知り合いや友達もおらず、詳しい方も一切おりませんのでネットで色々見たりして独自で調べてはいますが、留学などもしていない全くの初心者で本当にどうしていいかわからず不安です。。。ましてや一度却下されるとその後の入国も厳しくなると聞いて、仕事に関わってくる事なのでどうにかうまくいかせたい一心で、恥ずかしながらですが投稿致しました(_ _)。少しでも多くの方にアドバイスを頂けたら嬉しいです。また、E1やE2ビザで直接ご経験されている方がいらっしゃいましたらぜひともご指導をお願い致します。
※LAには2,3ヶ月に一度1週間程しか仕事で滞在できませんので、日本にある移民事務所も検討しております。そちらも何かおすすめがありましたらアドバイスお願い致します(_ _)

なんだかうさん臭い投稿だな。２、３ヶ月に一度 LA に来ているなら、
日本語の話せる専門の弁護士なんて腐る程いるじゃないか。
直接相談した事務所もあった? 彼らだって商売でやっているのだから、
最初の相談はともかく、きちんと依頼料金（Retain Fee）を払わなくちゃ
仕事を進められないだろうが。金も払っていない海外の人間（個人）を
信用して時間をかけて仕事なんか出来るかい? 常識的に考えたって
「法人を設立してEビザを申請する人間」がムシのいい事をこんな処に
投稿するなんてのは解せないね。幼稚なことを言うなって感じだね。

自分が弁護士の立場で、「まだお金を払っていない状態ですので・・・」ってどう思われます?
