現在住んでいるアパートメントがオークションにだされています。
新しいオーナーが契約などすべてを新しくかえてしまうことは
可能でしょうか？
ご存知の方よろしくお願いします。

その可能性もそれまでの契約書に詳しく書かれているんじゃないですか。
その辺が曖昧だとテナントから訴訟を起こされる原因になりますからね。一般常識から言うと決してテナントに有利なことは書かれていませんけどね。

私の住むアパートは2度、オーナーが代わりました。
その時点でレントは、約＄300、それとデポジットの差額(新しいレントと旧レントの）が追徴されました。
シティーに行き、窓口で相談しましたが合法でした。
テナントを守る法もありますがオーナーを守る法もあります。
過去の契約書は無効になります。
新しい契約を結ぶか？90日以内に出ると告知するかの選択をもらいました。
気になるのでしたら、シティーに行くことを勧めます。
的確なアドバイス、最新のインフォメーションをくれます。電話でも、答えてくれますよ。
残念ながら、オーナーチェンジでは新しいオーナーの気持ち次第で連ともかなり上がるのが現状です。

契約書はレントに関する事の記載のみでオーナーチェンジなどについては書いてありませんでした。
悲しいですが売られてしまうのをどうにかする金銭的余裕は全くないので
少しでも新しいオーナーが良い人である事を願っています。

アドバイスどうもありがとうございます。
レントの上がり具合を見て引っ越しをしようと思います。
長く住んでいたのとレントコントロールがあったので
いまどき見つけられないくらい安物件で気に入っておりました。
なにかあったらシティーに質問したいと思います
