ガーミンが自分的にはお勧めです。
余計な機能がついてない機種だと＄２００ぐらいで買えるし、結構正確にナビしてくれますよ。

iPhone は確かデフォルトでは音声機能がないので、カーナビ機能からのアナウンスがありません。
別途有料ソフトが必要だと思います。

別途有料ソフトが有ると、ナビだけでなく、本当の車内ハンドフリーの電話にもなるんですよ！
それに、ナビはマップでも見れますが、サテライトイメージでも見れます。どうせ、ナビに金使うなら、色々な事出来る物の方が（金の話するなら）お得かと思いますよ。
