日本の某有名オークションにて、アバクロの製品を出品し、落札されました。もちろん、アバクロ正規品なので、そのお店で購入した際のレシートのコピーも一緒に送りました。
どんなことを言っても、実際正規店で購入し、偽物では無いのに、その落札者に商品到着後に、これは偽物なので、返品します、とか、その他色々と失礼なことを言ってきています。
このようなトラブル、皆さんはありませんでしょうか。
どのように対処すれば良いですか？
本当に罵倒するようなヒドイことを言って来ているので、法的手段に取っても良いくらいです。
どのようにして本物と証明すれば納得いくのだろう・・・と日々考えています。
皆さんのご意見下さい。

大変ですね・・・え〜と考えてみたけどわかんないです
でも何でそう思うのかきいてみたら！？本物だから何言われても言い返せるじゃないですか！

へぇ〜さん、
東南アジアに行ったらニセモノなんかわんさかあります。 まあまあ精巧に出来てるので￥３００くらいで買って来て￥３０００くらいで売ってる人はいるんじゃないかな？
アバクロ以外でも何でもありますよ。

トピ主さん、こういう人はもう仕方ないとあきらめて、事の始まりからすべてをオークションのヘルプデスク（？みたいなところ）へ報告しましょう。日本のサイトであれば法的手段はちょっとややこしいしモトが取れるかといえば難しいですよね、販売に関係ない中傷をしてきたのならそれこそそのメールのやりとりなどすべてを送って報告してしまえばいいんです。
証明する事に一生懸命にならず、さっさと次の落札に回したほうがずっといいと思いますよ。
