１ヶ月位前から腰痛に悩まされています。
ヨガのクラスでやっていたあるポーズのせいではないかと思うのですが。
病院で見てもらったのですが、レントゲンをとっても骨に以上が無いといわれたのですが、
間違いなく背骨の一部がポコッと出ていて、ソレが痛いんです。
たまにある腰痛とは違って（ちなみにだいたい１日で治る）、
完全に骨なんです、で、本当に治らない。
どっかＷＬＡ、サンタモニカ、ビバリーヒルズあたりで良いカイロプラクティックとかないでしょうか？
知ってる人いたら是非お願いします！

でも海外傷害保険は利かないですかね?
基本的にカイロで保険は無理ですかね…？
