はじめまして。どなたかパソコンとかデジカメに詳しい方教えて下さい。
今、グリンカード抽選に応募しようとしているんですが、デジカメで写真を撮り、規定のサイズに変更までは出来るんですが、どうしても62,500バイト以内という規定にならなくて。。。。。。どうやって、バイト数を小さく出来るのでしょうか??抽選の締め切りが迫っているので、何方か助けて〜。

photoshopというソフトで「save for web」で保存すれば簡単にできます。知り合いで持っている人はいないですか？

フォトショップなんて死ぬほど高いソフト買わなくても、Download.com行って、ACDSeeとかフリーのソフトを落としてやりゃーいーんじゃねーの？３０日無料トライアルとかいっぱいあるし。広告付きでＯＫなら無期限無料ソフトもいっぱいあるし。
つーか、急ぎなしゃーい！確か５日が期限じゃなかったのかい？ギリギリで政府当局のサーバーがパンクしたら…！！

↑から落とせます。
画像をリサイズしたら保存の場面でクオリティーの選択があるので、ファイルのサイズが大きいようならクオリティーを下げて調節してみてください。
