今年もDV lotteryの季節がやってきました。みんなで情報交換しましょう！
さて最初の質問です。
インストラクション通りに写真を用意するとどうしても規定の最大サイズ、
62.5KBを越えてしまいます。
8-bitsのgray scaleにしても320X240 pixelsにすると75KB、
300X300 pixelsにすると88KB。
なんか間違ったことしてます？
Photo Checkに通すと一応パスするのですが...

JPEG形式で保存すれば10Kbyte以下になるのが普通です。
8bit gray scaleで320*240=75KBですからsabuさんは全く圧縮されないフォーマットを使用していることになります。JPEG形式になっているか確認しましょう。
