専門学校（メイクアップ）を申し込んでビザを
申請したら３ヶ月の学校なのにExpiration dateが
２００８年まであるのはなぜ？これは５年間も
アメリカに滞在して良いって事なのでしょうか？

あっ、でもI-20が5年分なかったら駄目だよ。 3ヶ月の学校が終わった後になんだかの形でI-20をキープしたら5年いられるでしょう。

F-1ビザは、有効なSEVISI-20が無いと、いくら5年間のビザもらっても3ヶ月分のI-20しか持ってなかったら、３ヶ月で終了。I-20が切れた後、60日以内に新しいI-20を取得しないと、60日を超えた時点で不法滞在。一日でも不法滞在してしまったら、次回アメリカ入国出来なくなります。つまり、もし、新しいI-20をもらえなかったら、60日以内に出国する事。
