知り合いの知り合いぐらい遠い話だったのではっきり覚えてないですが、覚えてる範囲で書き込ませてもらいます。
アパートを何棟か持ってる夫婦がリタイアしてメキシコに帰るのでアパートを売却したんだけど、裁判所からのオーダーで利益の何パーセントかを最後まで住んでいるテナント全員と分けることになりました。各テナントとどういう分け方をしたかまでは知りませんが、住んでいた期間とか考慮されるんじゃないですかね。
裁判所曰く、テナントが払ってきたレントのおかげで商売ができていたんだから、テナントにも利益を還元するのが当然というような判決だったみたいです。

裁判してまでそこに居続けたい理由って何？
確かに引っ越しは大変だし環境も変わって不便だけど、いずれは新しい環境には慣れる。

You can wrap a paper towel around the end of a long stick and fasten it with a rubber band, put enough Clorox on it so that it doesn't drip, and dab it on the mold ？ When you wipe it off, put water on it as well. I did my own bathroom like this and it was amazingly clean. But a few years passed and the mold grew back, so I did it again.

I have brought frozen tuna marinated in miso many times.
The store sold it frozen, so the refrigerant and bag were from the store.
I went to buy it on the morning of departure and brought it back to Hawaii. The coolant was gel

I froze them and put refrigerant in them, and the large foam steel was too high, so I used towels and a cold bag.
