I thought it could not be used for travel, but

Most of the places that do this in local pharmacies are not able to provide travel certificates as far as I could tell. They are only supposed to be used as a security check for domestic travel and are treated as free of charge in each region.

As for the Kinoshita Group, it is written in English and there are some missing parts, but it is issued as a certificate, so if it meets the airline's standards, it is qualitatively acceptable.

Hello. I went to Hawaii for the first time last year with my children. We found a place to stay on Vivinavi Hawaii and had great memories. The place we stayed for 2 weeks was with a person named Miya who posted on 3/24/2012. Please be assured that it is not a room share. It was very convenient because almost all the kitchen utensils and utensils were provided. It was about a 10 minute walk from Waikiki Beach. It's not minutes away from the beach, but it wasn't noisy at night and I slept well. There was also a small convenience store right below where we stayed, which was very helpful.
