How can you be ok with thinking you can drink milk once opened even after about 2 months in May ？
I would throw it away if you don't drink it within 3 days after opening.　I heard that people who got food poisoning from milk suffered a great deal, so ､ I would never drink it ！
You'd better drink it at least a week after opening ？ I made two batches of royal milk tea the next day and used up the rest.　
If you are going to make stew again, you can use all that milk to make more and freeze that stew and eat it 2 weeks later

Milk is a brand ､ if you don't care about taste, you can buy the smallest one at Ralph's or something for less than 2 ＄ ｡
I don't want to get food poisoning from drinking old milk for $4.00 💦

google anything, like expiration dates on frozen bread ｡ it's faster than asking here ｡

You could freeze the milk, too. ？ You could buy it when you make a stew and freeze the rest right after you make it. You could freeze it standing up and then lay it on its side when frozen and store it in the freezer.

You say $4 for the smallest one, but if it's under 500ml, you can get the same brand as Topix for $ 1.75 or so. ＄ I bet you could buy a gallon or so for 4 ？

Currently, the IRS audit process is slow because of Corona, but
if it goes back to the way it was, your return will be reviewed in detail, and those who are self-employed and file a negative return
will receive a letter of review, so
if you are asking your CPA or other CPA to prepare your return, you should leave it to them. If you are a self-employed taxpayer and have a negative tax return , you will receive a letter of examination.

Finally,
even if a CPA prepares your return, the CPA is not a beneficiary
and the IRS will not punish the CPA
even if the return is prepared by the CPA. I have contacted the IRS many times
on behalf of my clients regarding the contents of their returns, but the IRS will not talk to anyone but the filer, and
the CPA will not be punished for tax evasion. So please understand that we can prepare any
tax return for you.
