Vivinavi Hawaii賃貸の税金、本当に政府に支払ってるの？

前々から思ってたことですが、賃貸で借りる時不動産のTAXは政府に支払われるべきものですが
個人貸しで振込先は日本（日本在住の人も含め）本当に政府に税金を支払ってるのでしょうか？
不動産会社の場合は政府に届け出てTAXは政府に支払われてると思いますが、
TAXまを加算して政府に届けてない賃貸オーナーの人って、便乗して自分のポケットに入れてるだけですよね。
どんなもんだろ・・と思いませんか？

きちんとしたオーナーなら GE TAX LICENSEを持っている筈です。

はじめまして。今年の11月に2年ものTemporaryグリーンカードから5年ものグリーンカードに更新します。同じく結婚で二回目の更新をしてカードを今年取得した方、面接はありましたか？非常に情報が少なく困っているので、情報頂けると本当に幸いです。

以前の株式投資関係のトピックは数年前のものばかりなので、新たに作って見ました。
税金の還付もあり、少しだけ資金に余裕が出てきたので、株式投資を考えています。
数年前までScottradeで売買していましたが、
次の証券会社を探し中です。
オススメの証券会社とかございますか？
手数料や注文執行能力とかどのように感じていますか？
どのぐらいの頻度で売買していますか？

もう調査済みです。
この店では日本の食材がそこまで揃わないし、
加州に高い税金を考慮してもベガスは競争率が低いので、
LAより割高です。

タックスリターンを2月にやったのに未だに税金が戻ってきません。
たいした金額ではないですが、戻ってくるはずの税金はいつぐらいに戻ってくるのでしょうか？
今までこんなに遅れたことはなかったような。。。

２月にタックスリターンをしました。IRSからは１０日後、州からは２週間半後に振り込みがありました。
２か月も払い戻しがないのは時間が掛かり過ぎな気がします。以下のサイトで進捗状況を調べ、問い合わせしてみたらいかがですか？

４週間たって振り込みがなければもうこないですよ。待ってないで問い合わせましょう。 振込口座が間違っていれば小切手が４週間目くらいできます。
