大家から ”３０−DAY NOTICE TO MOVE OUT ”をもらったのですが、正当な理由はありません。大家が市のコードに反する事をしていたので主人がその事を彼女に指摘したのですが、その２日後にnoticeを持ってきました．主人がnoticeの理由をきいたら、彼女は"I don't have to have a reason"と言ったそうです。私が理由をきいたところ彼女は、私の主人がトラブルメーカーだと言いました。今まで何も問題を起こした事はないし、レントはいつも遅れずに払っています。多分主人が彼女がしている事を市に話すと言ったのが気にいらなっかたんだと思います。こういう場合私達にアパートに残る権利はあるのでしょうか。詳しい方、同じような経験がある方、いらっしゃったら教えて下さい。

正当な理由がない限り、（家賃滞納とか、犯罪とか）大家は住民を追いだす事はできないです。しつこいようなら、シティに行って相談して、訴える事もできます。お金もそんなにかかりません。私の友人は大家さんの立場で、気に入らない住人をなんとかして追い出そうと何年もあれこれがんばりましたが、結局だめでした（笑）。

お二人ともご意見ありがとうごさいます。makidesuuさんの友人の大家さんは、どうやってその住人を追い出そうとしたのかご存知ですか。家賃を上げたりとかもしたのでしょうか。

トピ主さんの契約がリースかマンスリーかでも違いますよ。マンスリーだったら出るしかないです。こういうのは、一旦こじれると家賃をベラボウに（レントコントロールが無ければ）上げられたり、大家側としてはどうにでも出来ます。引っ越した方が精神衛生上もよろしいのでは？と、大家の立場からの意見です。
