知人が学生ビザでアメリカに来て学校をやめて1年ほどの不法滞在後に帰国しようとしてるのですが、しばらくはアメリカに帰ってくる予定はもちろんない様ですが、10年後くらいにまた来れるか?というのが気になってる様です。あるいはグアムやハワイに観光目的で入国できるのは何年後くらいか?
どうでしょうか? また、その時に少しでも手続きが有利になる様に帰国前に何か出来ることはあるでしょうか?ちなみに彼は交際相手のアメリカ人がいたのですが別れることになったらしいです。

昔からエアラインのカウンターでイミグレの代わりにパスポートのチェックしてるでしょ。昔は出入国カード取られてたし、今はその代わりにコンピューターにパスポートスライドしてるでしょ
弁護士に相談しても無理でしょね

そんなのやられたことはありません。デルタのターミナルだからですかね。
デルタでは預け入れ荷物がない場合、搭乗時間24時間前からオンラインで
チェックインができ、プリントしたボーディングカードでいきなり保安検査に入れます。
ターミナル5の保安検査場では、パスポートをチェックするのはその時だけで、
身体検査もナンヤラ波の透視検査で服を着ていても、素っ裸が見えるやつです。
あとは搭乗口でもボーディングカードだけで搭乗できます。
