皆さんはビザの更新や申請などの移民関係の事はどちらの弁護士に頼んでいますか?
友人が前回Ｈ１－Ｂを更新の際に韓国系移民弁護士に＄３５００で依頼した所、書類に間違いが何ヶ所もあったり、書類が完成すると約束された期日を2週間過ぎても連絡が来なかったりで散々だったそうです。最終的に更新は無事にできたそうですが、予想よりも仕事が多かったため時間がかかったとの事から結局追加で＄２０００請求され、他の日系や米系の事務所に頼んだ方がよかったのでは・・・とういう結果。
Ｈ１－Ｂの更新の相場を御存じの方教えて下さい。＄５０００くらいでしょうか?
また別の友人は、Ｅ－２ビザを取得するのに安いからという理由でオクラホマ州だかの弁護士に依頼しい、全てを電話でやりとりしたそうですが、結局最後はビザがおりず、＄２０００と格安だったはずが、投資金額に加え弁護士料の＄２０００と大損したとか・・・でも、以前書き込みでカリフォルニア大手弁護士事務所に＄１５０００以上弁護士費用を払ったがビザがおりなかったというものもありました。
弁護士の腕は値段を判断基準にしていいのか?それとも、ＶＩＳＡは弁護士の腕とは関係なく運なのでしょうか?

値段が高い＝良いサービス、安い＝悪いという事はないと思います。弁護士事務所の方針にもよると思うけど、何だかダラダラ仕事されて、追加料金みたいな事も多い気がします。料金一律という事務所に私はお願いしています。その方がヘタな追加がなくて安心できるので。

安くなるかはその事務所にもよりますが（もともと弁護士事務所自体高いので、何が本当かわからないところがありますし）、絶対に！誰々から紹介されて、、、と言ったほうがいいです。
アメリカって結構、紹介できたりすると優遇されたりすることが多いので、、、
