どなたかアメリカ系のスーパーでサーモンを購入して刺身で食されている方はいらっしゃいますか？もちろん刺身グレードでしたら可能でしょうけど、Albertsonなどのスーパーには刺身級の品はおいてないように思います。Costcoのサーモンを刺身で食されて方がいると聞いたことがあるのですが、Costcoのサーモンはフレッシュなのでしょうか？

↑ほんまかいな!? 事あるごとに英語の記事でFarm のサーモンは薬漬けで避けるべき食品だって書かれてるが。
私はちゃんと加熱するし天然物のほうが良い

ほんまかどうかは自身の勉強と責任で食せばいいことかと思います。
薬漬けとは抗生物質のことでしょうか？中国やナイジェリアでは抗生物質は使いたい放題です。上記に挙げた４つの国はコントロールがされています。Norwayに関してはサーモン１トンの収穫に対して１ｇの抗生物質が使われているそうです。Chileはその５６０倍。

因みに家庭で飼育している金魚が感染したらペットショップからfish amoxicillinを購入してトリートメントとして与えるかと思います。あれは人間がとっても大丈夫です。膿が出た等がありお金がないからドクターに診察してもらいに行けない方はPet shopに行きましょう！

日本では何処ででも簡単に買える刺身を食べるために、此処では少し不安ながら
お刺身用でない魚を食べている方が多いんですね。
という私も日本の安全な刺身が恋しく、ちょっと悲しくなってきました。
