6月29日火曜日午前11時～11時半ごろ、サンタモニカのプロムナードにある「Kitson outlet」で友人が万引き容疑をかけられました。実際にその友人の鞄からも、連れていた赤ちゃんのストローラーからもなにも盗品は出てこなかったのに、店の警備員は万引きだと決めつけたそうです。警察を呼んで事情を話したいと申し出た友人でしたが、駆けつけた警官は友人の話は全く聞かず、警備員がでっち上げた話だけを信じ、友人はその場で逮捕され、赤ちゃんを奪われて、留置所に入れられ散々な目に合い、これから裁判で冤罪なのに罰せられる可能性大なのです。監視カメラを見てもらえば一目瞭然と主張した友人ですが、あいにくその店には監視カメラが設置されていないと後から判明しました。誰かその時間にその店にいて目撃した方いませんか。当時、何人かの日本人客が店にいたとのことです。

そんなことは普通法治国家で通らないよ。
まあ、アメリカはそういうことが通るのかもしれないけどね
やったという証拠を相手がだしてきて、初めてこっちが戦えるわけで。
逆に万引きしようとしたものをさっと出して、それがビデオにも何も写っていなければ、「言いがかり」とだっていえる。
まあ、人 種 差 別 意識バリバリのKITSONにふらふら行った運の付きかと。

色々な可能性を考えるべきでどんな人にも協力を頼むべき
仮にここで「わたし見ました」 って名乗ってもそこからどう進展するの?
直接メールもらったりした方が早そうだし
