ＬＡ地区でおいしいラーメン屋を教えて下さい。
また、今まで行かれたお店のラーメンについての感想もお願いします。

ブリッジUSAに「秀ちゃんラーメン」の宣伝が載っていましたが、
彼、まだ元気で、自分の店を開いたんですね。ちっとも知らなかった。
彼の普通の醤油ラーメンは決して抜きんでて旨いものではありませんが、
なぜか郷愁を誘うんですよね。子供の頃は親が店をやっていたので、
昼時自分の飯がないときなど、近所のラーメン屋によく行ったもんだ。
勿論食べるのは素のラーメン（中華そば）で40円～60円でした。地蔵通りの
左右100mも行かないところに3軒、省線の線路向こうには25円の小ラーメン
25円なんてぇのもありました。

昭和２９年創業の幸楽苑の中華そば２９０円がベスト！！
店に店主のモットーが貼ってあります。
昭和の味、丁寧な作り方、店は清潔
家族で食べた昭和の中華ソバを思い出す。
東京日本橋にもあります。
この中華ソバで昭和にタイムトリップしました。
ボンビーでも楽しかった子どものころを思い出しました。
日本に帰省の際いかがでしょう?
早くLAにも着て欲しい！！２９０円＝2ドル３０セント?

私は東京へ行くともっぱら日高屋のサッパリ中華（390円）を食べています。
LAでやっているオヤジのコーシャクたっぷり、豚の背脂たっぷり、値段たっぷり
のラーメン屋なんぞよりよっぽどおいしくて良心的で健康的。
とにかくあの背脂ギトギトのラーメン食っていたら、早晩、脳血管心臓血管に
コレステロールがたっぷり詰まって早死にする事請け合いだね。
日高屋さん、アメリカに出店してくれないかな。
