The reason why the managers around you are not getting workers is because they are not paid well ？ The more money they make, the more taxpayers are suffering. 　Isn't it because taxpayer money is being spent on these immigration laws ？ There is the Trump tax issue, but the president just has a headache.　If he gets mad at an employee, he is immediately sued for power harassment, or discrimination, if he gets hurt on the premises, he is sued for damages, and management just suffers with these insurance premiums.　Not to mention, with this pandemic, they can barely afford to pay salaries ？ 300 asylum seekers every day in these times. As long as these asylum seekers are guaranteed a living by the government, they will not go to a place where they are paid less.　。。。。

Even under the pandemic, every building industry is full of orders and short of manpower, and they are not keeping up at all.
Even in the service industry, major restaurants （ such as Chipotle, McDonald's, and shake shack ） are all understaffed.
Agriculture is also understaffed everywhere.
Many Americans would rather take welfare than work in a 3K (hard, dirty, dangerous ） job.
Latinos will work hard even if the job is hard, but above all, they work fast and sometimes work two or more jobs.
I've never seen a Mexican homeless person.
