過去トピを色々見ましたが、やはり今の私の立場と同じ情報を手に入れることができなかったため、申し訳ないのですが、VISAに関しての質問させてください。
今私はF-1で大学に通っています。こちらには映画の勉強をしに来ました。今某映画への出演が決まろうとしているところなのですが、F1の為ギャラがもらえないことはわかっています。
しかし、つい最近出た疑問が１つ・・・F1ということは映画出演もいけないのではないかということです。
その映画に出演するきっかけとなったのは日本の事務所から勧められたオーディションで全ての手続きは事務所を通してです。日本の事務所ごしということは『米国で働いている』になるのでしょうか？
ちなみに、その日本の事務所は、visaは関係なく大丈夫だと言っているのですが、ただただ心配でして・・・。
どなたか詳しい方よろしくお願いいたします。

外国からの仕事の発注でギャラも外国から支払われるのであれば、VISAは必要無いと思われますが。
以前、こちらで撮影する日本のCMのコーディネイターの仕事をしたことがありますが、日本からのクルーは皆、観光ビザで入って来ていましたよ。日本のタレントさんだって、アメリカで撮影の仕事をするのにいちいちビザは取っていないような気がしますが。
でも、私もちゃんと確認したわけではないので、INSのサイトを探して調べた方が良いと思います。
