Maybe I should have started a new topic, but I just don't know how to start a new topic, so I will write here.

I had no problems for 26 weeks, but I have been Pending since I became a PEUC and will be 11 weeks in the week starting tomorrow.

I have even called many times now, but they just tell me to wait because you are being escalated and not to proceed at all.
I also asked on the phone and was told that there didn't seem to be anything special going on, so I just waited with stress.
I also emailed her, but never received a response.

I finally got a call from UI this week and they said that I had an Over payment the first week of April.

At first I didn't know how to do it, so I asked the company and followed their instructions, but for some reason I was the only one stuck with Over payment, so I kept getting Pending.
All my other colleagues are in the same situation, but they are Processed.
I don't really think anything about that, but I think I clearly understand that it depends on the UI person checking.

Of course, I would be willing to pay properly if I was wrong.

So, I was even told a proper figure that this much money was Over payment, but im not sure how to proceed.

If I pay in cash first, will it be Processed later, or will it be deducted from my account without any cash exchange ・ ・
Will I have to pay to be Processed? And so on and so forth.

If anyone has been told Overpayment, I would appreciate it if you could let me know how it goes from here.

However, I know you all are the same, but it is unusual to have to wait so long.
I just want to be free from this stress as soon as possible.
I really hope that you all can get this resolved together soon.

After applying for PEUC, I received a call about an overpayment on the week I started and filed my UI claim. I happened to have a weekly file left at UI that I had not been able to file for one week, so they said they would use that week to settle my claim. I then received a letter from them, stating that I could pay by check or credit card. I was told by the overpayment department to file the week that I had not claimed with a specific date, and that I would let the UI know that I had filed it. I called the UI again and told them that there was an overpayment and asked if there was anything else to correct ？. The man in charge proceeded to monetize the file while contacting the Examiner, and told me to wait a few days and call back if there was no change. It was processed the next day and deposit started the next day.
I don't know if this is helpful.
The first program （ says UI ）, PEUC is called funds ？ ！, so it seems that we have to resolve and settle each one separately.

To those of you who are still Pending

I have been Pending for a long time.

As I have posted on one of the UI forums, have you mailed your documents to UI and scheduled an interview ？

The reasons for Pending may be different for everyone, but I hope my experience is helpful.

I received confirmation of receipt via email and mail from UI after mailing the documents.

I was asked by email if I wanted an interview, I said yes ！ ！ and a few weeks later I received a mail

with an interview date and time. However, while I was waiting, I cancelled the interview because it was in process and I no longer needed to meet with UI staff

to ask to be put in process.

If you continue to be kept waiting by email and phone, you could try using the mail and interview method.

I kept complaining that I had no family in Hawaii after my divorce.

Supplement.

The UI office is now discontinuing interviews, unlike in the early season. Even appeal applications, which until recently were interview style, are now only done over the phone.

This is probably due to the fact that an infection cluster in the UI office would be a terrible thing.

If people are asked "Do you want to apply for an appeal ？" regarding PEUC or are thinking about applying for an appeal, please think carefully before deciding because you can only use an appeal once.

Please be aware that the temporary staff at the call center may say, "If you can't wait, please apply for an appeal" without really understanding the appeal application.

Once you have used your right to apply for an appeal, you will not be able to do it again even if you want to apply for another appeal later. Appeal applications are flooded with dismissal cases due to the Corona effect, so the current waiting time is 3 to 6 months.

Please understand that this may sound like a stall, but it is true.

According to what some people have shared with us, the mailing seems to be effective, but there are some people for whom it did not work, so I think this also depends on luck. When I read about the situation of those of you who have tried your best, we may just have to wait and see. Sigh...

I was told that I should certainly modify the first 26 weeks for a few weeks, file the balance there, and refile the PEUC ？ but I have no idea.

First I get a letter, make the payment and call the Overpayment department for anything I don't understand. \Thank you for telling me about it. I will call there for further processing.

I still have to deal with each of them.
