安くてうまいというのは難しいね。
適当な値段でおいしいというのはあるけど。

すし屋でバイトしていたのですが、こっちのすし屋は仕入先が数少ないので、ネタの質は大体一緒らしいです。もちろん日本からの空輸の所は別ですけどね。。。同じネタを雰囲気と、厚みで値段を出しているだけの違いなのでほとんど大差が無いのでは？？？混んでいる所は新鮮なネタが期待できると思われますね。空輸だと値段が急に上がるので、安くて美味いはロスでは難しいかもしれませんね。通常ネタは２貫で３ドルってとこでしょ。

West L.AにあるSushi Masuってところ。親方？の握る寿司のシャリとねたのバランスが絶妙！値段は高くもなく安くもなくって感じだった。住所は知らないけど確か電話帳で調べたと思った。
