相談させてください。
相手の名前と携帯番号だけで、少額起訴することは可能でしょうか？
以前、元職場の同僚に貸した物が返してもらえていません。休みあけに出社した際、既に当事者は仕事を辞めていて、貸した物も一緒に持っていってしまいました。
それからいつ返してくれるのかというやり取りをテキストで何年か続けているのですが、一項に埒が明かず、使用料もこちらで負担して現在に至ります。
電話番号ももしかしたら、契約解除されている可能性もあります。今回相手からはまだ返事もありません。
何か良い方法があれば、お知恵を貸して頂きたいと思います。
よろしくお願いします。

家の固定電話ならwhite pagesで分かるかも知れないが携帯でも分かるのかな。

新年おめでとうございます。
たくさんの方に描き込んで頂いのにお返事おそくなりました。また一人ひとりに返信できずごめんなさい。
みなさんのおかげで（背中を押してもらった気がしました）何とか解決の一歩が踏み出せた気がします。
その後何とか相手とSNSを通して連絡がつき、返してもらえる運びとなりました。
通信料の方は会社と話して年末ぎりぎりで契約をキャンセルしました。3年分、私にとっては大きい金額でした。
後は相手がアメリカに戻ってきてから本当に返してくれるのを信じて待つのみです。

すいませんけど、なんか「バカみたい ！」という感想しか浮かびません。
誠意のない相手の為に3年も誠意で応じてたなんて。。
普通半年応答なく、すっぽかされたら
バシッと通信料解約しません？
これからは、面の皮の厚い奴に利用されないように気をつけて下さい。
そして、こういう悩みは5人くらいの人に相談すべきです(すっぽかされて6ヶ月以内に)そしたら今トホホとなる羽目になっていなかったのでは。
