こんにちは、はじめて質問いたします。
今年の２月からアーバインの2ベッド2バスのアパートに住んでいます。
はじめて届いた光熱費等の請求額を見てみるとガス代が144ドル/月となっており驚いているところです。
妻と娘が来るまでのこの１ヶ月間は、殆ど料理もしておらず、バスタブのお湯につかることもありませんでした。
乾燥機は週末1回、暖房を数日つけていたくらいで、この料金は高過ぎる気がしますが、どうなのでしょうか？
はじめてのアメリカ生活で初めての光熱費請求のため、正しいのか何かの間違いなのか判断できません。

凄い額ですね！！オレンジカウンティは全てが高額ですね！！ある方から水道代を聞いた時、ビックリしました！！なんでそんなに使うものなのか！？！？と。
こちらのセントラルヒーターは結構なガスを喰います！！駐在でこちらに来ているのでしたら、会社の方に聞いてみてはどうでしょうか？其の方が確実ですよ。

私の自宅はIrvineの３ベッドルームのコンドミニアムです。
夫婦二人でガス代の平均は４０ドルくらい。明細を確認してガス使用料以外の請求がないならどう考えてもおかしいので問い合わせた方がいいです。ちなみに電気は80ドルくらい。

家を売却した時にrealtorからbuyerの依頼でガス 水道 などキャンセルしないでくれと頼まれました。
新しいオーナーが再契約で開栓するときに高額な手数料が発生するからという理由でした。
アメリカではキャンセル料や開栓手数料が勝手に上乗せされているようです。
これに当たるのでは？？？と思います。
