つい先日交通違反切符をきれれ、いくつか質問があるため、トピックを立てさせて頂きました。
以下に事の概要をまとめます。
この度、スピード違反で警察に捕まり、その際に運転免許を提出するように言われました。
その際に国際免許を提出しました。
後になって気づいたらスピード違反の他に無免許運転として
もチェックされている。
私の認識ではカリフォルニアの住人となった10日以内にカリフォルニアライセンスを取得しなければならないと思っていました。
私はここにきてすでに約８ヶ月程経っていますが、カリフォルニアの住人ではなく、F1ビザの学生ビザとして来訪しています。語学学校の学生です。
企業派遣留学という事で少し特殊ですが、納税は日本で行い、アメリカに納税は個人ではしていません。
また運転していた車はレンタカーでした。
また警官とのやり取りの一部ですが
警官: please show me a license.
私: I have an international license.
〜一別して返却される〜
警官:Is this car yours?
私:I just rented the car.
警官: Give me an agreement of rent a car company
〜レンタカーを契約書を渡す、またパスポートも渡す〜
警官:Are you living here?
私: I am living for a while here.
このようなやり取りがおおまかなやり取りであったと思います。
質問①
よくこの国際免許問題としてビジターであれば国際免許で対応できると見聞きするのですが、私の場合はビジターではないのでしょうか?
質問②
また無免許運転などは軽犯罪に分類されているのですが、今後アメリカの入国審査などでひっかかる事などはございませんか?
質問③
また仮に無免許運転に対して異議申し立てをする事で、当方が勝つ見込みはあるのかどうか?
当方はインターネット等に落ちている情報を拾っただけで全く詳しくありません。
どなたかご存知の方いらしたら、何かアドバイスを頂けると助かります。

運転免許証、その他のIDでも
ロサンゼルスでは昔はある場所に行けば買えたそうです。
私はこれで生き延びてきたけど終点が近くなってきましたね。
未練を持っておさらばになると
そこらへんに漂ってしまいますので
未練を残さないで成仏してね。

今は買わなくてもイリーガルの人も運転免許証は合法に手に入れる事ができます。
ゴール近くになると人生の速度は制限以下に。
ぽっくり逝ってしまうとテキトーは危険。

LAからのrental carで無法の町TJで二回お巡りさんに捕まりました。
一回目はボーダー通過後空き地に誘導
二回目はrevolution stで呼び止められました。
二回とも運転免許証など要求もされず見てもくれませんでした。
要求はグリーンバックのみ。
世界は広い
日米観より世界観がものをいう。。

国際免許証って国家どうしが取り決めたものと理解するが。
国と国との取り決めであれば「国際法」に等しい。
各州の「州法」よりも「国際法或は連邦法」の方が優先するので、
実際のコートでその点を主張したらばどうなのか?
何とか難癖つけて少しでも州収入を増やそうとするセコイ輩が多いから。
