Vivinavi Los Angeles新居はどこに買う?

ただいま、家を探し中の夫婦子供なしです。
予算は＄３３００以下で探しています。
現在は、パサデナのアパート（タウンハウスで治安も良い）に住んでいてパサデナ長年住んでるので
このままここに、と思ったらとても家が高いです 涙
FWY２１０より北に行けば行くほど安くなりますが、治安悪くなるので住むのは抵抗あります。
２ベッドは最低ほしいので、やっぱりここは我慢してアルハンブラ、サンゲーブルで
探すか、それか思い切ってダウンタウンも少し近い、Eagle Rockか Glendale
にするか迷っています。
治安、値段、学区など考慮したうえで日本人のみなさんの意見をお聞かせください。
よろしくお願いします！

トビさんは２ベットといってるので一軒家でなくてコンドとかタウンハウスを捜してるのでないかな?
３３万では無理と知ってるはずだよ。
それから買うのは子供が出来るまで待つとますます難しくなるよ。

タウンハウスやコンドでも、治安がよくて学校区がいいところは３３万じゃ無理でしょう。２ベッドなら尚更。
