最近、見覚えのない請求がクレジットカードにあり、何かと思えばAOLからの請求でした。 今まで、そんなに注意して見てなかったので、よく調べると１年半も請求されてました。 以前、AOLの１２時間無料のサービスをインストールして使ってたんですが、そんな正規の契約した覚えがなく、AOLに確認の電話をしたらDSLのサービスにも入れられていました。友達に相談してみると、その友達もそのような状況に会い泣き寝入りしていました。みなさんは、このような事に会った事は、ありますか？ これは、もう泣き寝入りするしかないのですか？

AOLはあこぎな商売をしてます。無料のサービスが終了したら、連絡なしに、勝手にカードにチャージします。無料のサービス＝正式契約となってます。
残念ながら、この場合は泣き寝入りするしかないです。
僕の周りでもこんな状況になった人がいました。

さらにＡ○Ｌの補足をさせて頂きます。
Ａ○Ｌのお試しＣＤをインストールすると中々消す事が出来ません。（前に入れた時の事なので今は違うかも知れませんが…）その為私はＯＳの再インストールをしました。
ちなみに請求に関してですが、お試しを使う時の規約（すげー小さい）にお試しを終了しても解約をしなかったら通常会員とするからって事が書いてあるはずです…なので契約違反はしてないという事になってしまい返金してもらえる事は無いと思います…お気の毒です。

また、解約のため電話でその旨を伝えて、了解しましたと口頭で返事をもらっても、全然解約されておらず継続して引き落としが続くそうです。日本のサラ金業者に似たものがありますね。

私も以前AoLを使った事が有り、解約しようとカスタマーサービスに電話したら３０分以上もホールドされたまま…。あんまり頭に来たんでスーパーバイザーを出せと逆に30分近く言い続け、スーパーバイザーに嫌味の一言を申し上げました。解約の際は担当者の名前と日時等をメモする事をお忘れなく。
