人材派遣とかの利用して仕事をしたいのですが、(それが一番いいのかと???)労働ビザってあらかじめとるのは難しいと聞いています。
みなさん、観光ビザで入って仕事しちゃってから、ビザサポート受けたりして申請したり、ビザ無しでバイトとかしてるのてじょうか?
観光以外のビザないと、ソーシャルセキュリティナンバももらえなくて、銀行/アパートの賃貸契約/携帯電話とか、いろいろ契約できないですよね?
実際にすんでる方はどうなのでしょうか?

INSに通報したらどうですか？強盗や殺人する奴と同じカッコでくくれる人たちですよ。ただアメリカに住みたいから不法滞在するっていうのは、女が好きだからレイプしたっていうのと全く同じ思考回路の持ち主だと思うな。

高卒あるいは専門卒だと12年の働いた経験、短大卒はプラス6年の働いた経験、四大卒はそのまま。
それがないと、H1ビザサポートして貰うのは難しいです。
今はビザサポートをしてくれる会社がどんどん減っているので、経験者、特殊技術保持者でないと、厳しいですね。
グリーンカードのサポートもどんどん減ってきてるし。
現地のグリーンカード保持者を採用した方が、会社も負担少ないし。
国内の雇用状態が良くないので、外部の人を積極的に採用する会社は日系企業でも減ってます。

日本で職歴が最低6年以上ないとビザサポートは難しいと思います。BAがなくても6年以上の勤務証明があれば4年生卒業と認めてくれる日系もありますが、そうゆう会社は多くはありません。このご時世ですし。でも専門職であればまだチャンスはあると思いますよ！
