私は元々あがり症でしたが 数年前からあがると赤面までするようになってしまいました。顔が急に熱くなって自分でも赤くなっていくのが分かります。
凄く嫌です！自分の中だけで緊張している分には未だ良いのですが 赤面するお陰で周りにばればれで・・又それが嫌！暗示でもかけて直したい位！同じ様な方いますか？治ったって方とか？お話し聞きたいです！

嫌ですよね。赤面症って。。。
私はあがるのと赤面するは、別物なのではないかと思います。
私ももともと赤面症で、授業中にあてられるとその時点でボッと顔に火がつき、朗読なんかさせられようものなら 本を読んでる間中真っ赤、ようやく読み終わる頃に赤みが引いてくる、って感じでした。
周りはみんな知ってる人たちばかりなのに・・・
時には仲の良い友達と数人で話してる最中にも、みんなに注目されるとだんだん顔が真っ赤になることがありました。
すごくすごく嫌で、ほんっとどうにかならないかと思っていましたが。。。
最近赤面したなんて思いをしてません。何が変わったかって・・・年？ とりました。図太くなったのかな？
このトピをみて、‘そうだ私にもそんな悩みあったなぁ’って改めて思い出しました。気にしなくても、そのうち治るかもよ。がんばれ！
ちなみに私は29歳です。
