Vivinavi Los Angelesスーパーで貰っていた袋

スーパーで貰っていた袋が無くなりゴミを出すのにちょうど良いサイズだったのです。
あのスーパで貰っていた袋のサイズは何処で手に入るのでしょうか。
ゴミを入れる黒いビニール袋では大きすぎるし。
スーパーの袋にゴミを入れて出されていたみなさんどのようにしていますか。
ディスポーザーで処分できない生ゴミを直接ゴミ箱に入れると汚れるしハエが湧きそうでちょっと悩んでいます。

なぜ袋が使えなくなるような法律が出来たのか理解しましょう。

今までスーパーで入れてくれていた袋より少し小さいですが、野菜や果物の
セクションで、今でも自由に使える袋のサイズでよけりゃ、有料ですが、
Smart & Final と言うマーケットで売っています。Costco では確か
Produce Bag って言ってたかな。Ralphs や Vons でも売っているかも
知れません。ただ、レストランなどの業者が買いに行くお店の方が量は多い
ですが、安いです。
うちはまだあのスーパーの袋を沢山貯めていたので、同じように鶏の骨など
Disposer でこなれない生ゴミをあの袋に入れて捨てています。なくなったら
上記の袋にするつもりです。

私はWLA在住で今年の元旦から日系スーパーを含めスーパーでレジ袋が廃止になりました。
しかしトーレンス・ガーデナの３日系スーパーはレジ袋をいまだに使用しています。
なぜこのような違いがあるのでしょうか?
