VW が大変なことになっているらしい。あまりにも悪質らしい。
あんな不正がばれないと思っていた訳ないだろうから、ばれないように裏工作でもしていたのか、と疑ってしまうよ。
スズキが欲しがっていたディーゼルなのにね。離縁されたスズキの誰かが告発したか?
何だか色々ありそうだけど、いずれにしてもイメージ超ダウンだぁ～、クリーンディーゼルだって言っていたのにぃ～。

珍保さん、とても解り易いです。
アメリカにとても多いトヨタのPick Up Truckの熱烈なファン達は３０年以上もの間、ディーゼルエンジンを積んだモデルを切望していましたがやっと来年に発売される予定のようです。
フォードやシェビーのディーゼルトラックは以前からあり、トヨタはアジア、アフリカや欧州ではディゼル車を販売しているのに、なぜこんなに発売までに時間がかかってしまったのか不思議です。

低速から出力の出るディーゼルはトラックや4駆には向いていますね。
ですが排気対策など膨大な費用が掛かり、発売するかしないかや
時期などは需要とのバランスでしょうね。
発展途上国は規制も無いのに等しく、エンジン自体も丈夫で点火系などが無いので、
不整地に向いているからディーゼルを発売しているのでしょう。

以前マツダは、排ガス基準を満たせないのでアメリカへのディーゼル投入はない、とアナウンスしています。正確に書くと、基準をクリアーさせることは出来るが、そうするとドライバビりティーの低下や燃費の悪化を招き、ディーゼルのメリットがなくなるため、という事のようです。まあ、VWのように不正をしなくて良かったですね。
