東京から来た駐在員（役員）からハラスメントを受けていました。本人が見ているかもしれないのでここではあまり詳しいことはかけませんが、どなたか人権問題などに詳しい弁護士さん、又は相談に乗ってくださる団体などをご存知でしたら教えて下さい。以前は専門職で重要な書類などを作成する仕事をしていましたが、HRにハラスメントをレポートしたら東京本社からの命令で倉庫勤務に移動を命じられてしまいました。10年間、大きな失敗も無く順調に仕事をこなしてきました。今まで築いてきた自分の専門知識を全く必要としない部署への移動に納得がいきません。
同じようなご経験がある方からのアドバイスも御待ちしております。

どう使うか、弁護士次第です。
>証拠にする方法として電話会話の内容を「－－月ーー日に－－－－と言われましたが、それはーーーですか」 と文書に書いて相手にメールすると信憑性が高まります。
そのようにすれば証拠を補強する資料として使えます。無効にはなりません。

#13の人はわざわざ
「相手の許可がある会話録音」と明確に定義して書いてくれているのに、何でいつの間に電話録音の話になってるの??
許可を得て面前で録音したものに限るということは明白でしょうに。。。

電話でも会話ができるからじゃないですか?
会話はトランシーバーや糸電話でも成立しますよね。
>無効にならないと思います。
無効で済めばいいですが、相手が逆に訴えてくれば
あなたが無許可録音で有罪になる可能性もありますよ。

電話を介すると「通信の秘密」という問題が入ってくるから、まったく別次元の話になるんだよ。
だから「wiretapping Law」なんておかしな方向へ行っちゃうんだよ。。。

相手との電話を録音して、「いざとなったら裁判で証拠に使うから」と荒々しかった人は、相手を離婚させて結婚していました。
