カリフォルニア州のマニキュアリストライセンスを取得したいのですが、ソウシャルセキュリテイーナンバーがないので、テストが受けられません！！どうしても、ライセンスを取得してネイルサロンで働きたいのですが。。。良い情報があれば教えて下さい！！お願いしまーす！！

あたしは、こっちに来て１年です。語学学校に協力してもらい学校内で働くということでＳＳＮを取りました。ロングビーチのＳＳＯが取れやすいということでそこで。それから友達はＳＳＮを使って働いていましたが、最近日本に帰って、ちゃんと戻って来れましたよ。やっぱり運かもしれません。

SS＃使ってﾊﾞｲﾄするのはいけないけど、そもそも雇う人が居るからそうなるんでしょう。学生ばかり責められるけど、堂々と「学生の方でも」なんて求人広告出してる店がおかしい。留学生が働けない事を知らない雇い主なんて居ないでしょう。学生の弱みに付け込んで法外な安い時給で働かせる、そういう店が罰せられればいいと思う。

SS＃使って働いてる人へ
自分のSEVISのページ見てみれば？働いてたのなんか一発で分かるから…TAXの履歴の欄があるからね。全部バレバレだね…INSが何処までするかは知らんけど、INSの人がPC上で誰が違反者か簡単に調べられるから今度は注意した方がって言うか、SS#使って働いている人は時既に遅しだけどね…TAXの履歴が残っているからね!!足掻いてもしょうがないでしょ!!

最近は法律が厳しくなってきたという事で店側はSSNがないと雇ってくれないところが多い。
何かあっても店側はバイトしてる人のスティタスは知らなかったで済むからでしょう。
店側がSSNを持ってる人しか雇わないってことはSSNを使ったら危険ってこと。
I-20のトピも参考に見てみなさん今後の事考えたほうがいいですよ。気をつけましょう！
