家でパソコンを使っているので、インターネットつなげています、
ただ、今AT＆TのU-verse、一か月50ドルのプランを使っています。(ちなみに固定電話もAT&Tです）
インターネットは問題なく使えてるのですが、問題はコスト（50ドル）です。
インターネットだけ繋がればOKですので、もう少し安いプランの会社があれば教えてください。
テレビは持ってないですし、テレビ見ない人間なので購入予定もありません。
ですので単純に家でインターネットWIFIを使うのみの安いプランあれば教えてください。

我が家もケーブル会社 Spectrum (昔の Time Warner) でインターネット接続だけで始めたときはプロモーションだったのか $29.99 でした。しかし毎年10ドルずつ上げてきて今は $59.99 で、これが定価(!?)なのかこの価格で数年落ち着いています。COXX さんと同じ経緯ですね。
AT&T も数軒先の少し広い通りまではファイバーで来ていて我が家でも最高 100mb までを宣伝していて料金も最終的には60ドルあたりになると思います。ただ電話会社系は正味の価格に 15% 以上の Tax/Fee を載せるので気がすすみません。
この件とは無関係ですが、うちはずいぶん前から Wired の家（いえ）電は諦め携帯電話1本にしています。面白いことに Verizon から Sprint に乗り換えましたが、受信感度のバーが1本増えました。

住まれているエリアによって使える会社は限られてきます。 私のエリアはSpectrum か AT&T の２社のみです。 ２ブロック先は３社選べました。まずはどこの会社が使えるかを調べてみたらいかがですか？

かなこさん、インターネット料金と携帯の料金を今の会社と比較して見積もりできるので良かったら連絡ください。住所によって異なりますので見積もりして安い方を選べば良いかと思います。
